SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND CLICK & COLLECT

We ship all over the world, but when placing an order for delivery outside of Australia, you are considered the importer and must comply with all local laws & regulations.

Charges for duties, taxes and/or collection fees are in addition to shipping charges paid to us and must be borne by you.

Orders are shipped the next business day of RAWR receiving confirmation of payment. You will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped.

We can’t confirm how long it will take for the postal services to deliver your items, but recommend that you contact us via hello@rawrchai.com if it has taken more than 14 days to arrive.

 If Click & Collecting, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to collect, please show this when collecting to ensure the correct order is given to you.

Please ensure you have received this “order ready” email and checked the the individual locations trading hours BEFORE making the journey. RAWR accepts no responsibility for premature collection attempts or the closing times of Click & Collect locations.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns on products purchased online within 48 hours from date of receipt if faulty or damaged. You can register your intention to return by contacting us via hello@rawrchai.com, you will then be provided with details on how to return your purchase.

Items can only be returned to RAWR if purchased from RAWR’s own physical locations or via RAWRCHAI.com. Items purchased from our retail partners need to be returned to the store from which they were purchased under the individual stores return & refund policy.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

You agree not to copy, distribute, display, disseminate, or otherwise reproduce any of the information on our website without receiving our explicit written consent.

You agree not to use or mimic the ”RAWR” logo and/or fonts anywhere without our explicit written consent. Additionally, you agree not to use our trade dress, or copy the look and feel of our websites or their designs, without our explicit written consent. You agree that this paragraph goes beyond the governing law on intellectual property and includes prohibitions on any competition that violates the provisions of this paragraph, including starting your own competing website or businesses.

AMENDMENTS

We may amend this agreement from time to time.

Your continued use of our service constitutes your acceptance of any such amendments.
